1. ABOUT THESE RULES
1.1 This page sets out the rules
applicable to each Contest on Dhan Dhoom
(“Game”) as defined in clause
1.3 (“Contest”).
1.2 Each Contest on the Game
operates as a Contest where you select a
League Team
(“League Team”) from DD Cards
you own which represent real-life sports players and teams,
and your League Team is scored based on real-life performance
of your DD Cards during the applicable round of matches
(“Fixture Round”).
1.3 Where there is conflict
between these Game Rules and Terms and Conditions, these Game
Rules shall take precedence in the event of and only to the
extent of, any such inconsistency. Definitions used in the
Terms and Conditions shall apply to these Game Rules unless
otherwise defined herein.
1.4 The following two Contests
are made available on the Game:
1.4.1 There are ‘public’ Contests
in which all users on the Game automatically participate
(“Public Contest(s)”) and, where
advertised win DD Coins in accordance with your finishing
place on a global leaderboard after each Fixture Round; and
1.4.2 There are ‘private’
Contests where only users in the relevant invitational League
(“Private Contest(s)”) and no
prizes are available from us.
1.5 The availability and timing
of Contests is not fixed and subject to our sole discretion.
1.6 Build League Team: to build
your League Team you must:
1.6.1 log in to your Account on
the Game;
1.6.2 select the squad page from
the navigational bar;
1.6.3 enter the “Edit” mode in
the top right corner of the line-up screen;
1.6.4 long drag and drop on to
the pitch the DD Cards you want to include in your League
Team, one can choose a maximum of four players from one team
side;
1.6.5 apply the “Captain” and the
“Golden Bat” to your chosen DD Cards; and
1.6.6 hit “Confirm” in the top
right corner to save your changes.
1.7 After you have built your
League Team, you can edit it as many times as you like (by
repeating the steps in clause 1.6 above) until one minute
before the first fixture in the Fixture Round commences. From
that point, Fixture Round will be considered ‘in-play’ and you
will not be able to make any further changes to your League
Team (both in respect of the in-play Fixture Round and future
Fixture Rounds) until that Fixture Round is over and all
running Contests have been settled.
1.8 Entry Costs: There is
currently no monetary cost to enter any regular Contest;
however, please note that:
1- free entry for regular
Contests may change from time to time; and
2- you require internet access to
use the Game and ordinary data charges may apply from your
mobile or internet provider.
1.9 All users are given DD Coins
and a DD Pack for free upon sign-up and are able to
obtain/earn additional free DD Coins and/or DD Packs while
playing the Game. These DD Coins and DD Packs enable every
user to build and develop their League Team for free.
1.10 There is the option to
purchase additional DD Coins; although, please note that
purchasing DD Coins is entirely voluntary and does not
necessarily increase your chances of winning (you still have
to pick the right League Team!). The number of DD Coins and
DD Packs available via free-play should ensure that you can
build a competitive League Team without paying a penny.
1.11 If you do purchase
additional DD Coins, we strongly encourage you to control your
spending and spend no more than you can afford. DD Coins
should only be purchased for recreational use within the Game
and not for the purpose of making any profit or return.
1.12 How many times can I enter?
Users can only enter each Contest once, if we suspect that any
one Account has made more than one entry to a Contest (due to
e.g. a technical glitch or other Malfunction), we reserve the
right to void all additional entries beyond the first.
1.13 If we have a reasonable
suspicion that any one individual has deliberately created
more than one Account to submit additional entries to any
Contest, we reserve the right to consider this a serious
breach and void all entries made by that individual, block all
of that individual’s Accounts from submitting future Game
entries, and / or further suspend or close the applicable
Accounts as appropriate; this will lead to any DD Cards and DD
Coins on the closed Account(s) being removed without
compensation.
1.14 How do I check my entry?
Once a Contest is “live”, you can see your confirmed League
Team for that Contest, and the points scored so far by
visiting the leaderboard and line-up pages when logged into
your Account.
1.15 Where there is any
disagreement as to the details or status of a Contest entry
(i.e. who was picked in your League Team, and which DD Cards
you applied your modifiers to), our records will be the
determinative.
1.16 How scoring works: each DD
Card selected in your League Team is allocated points based
on their real-life performances during the Fixture Round. The
“Info” tab in the top left corner of the squad screen sets out
further details on how points allocations work under the
heading ‘scoring’.
1.17 The users with the highest
scoring League Team will occupy the highest positions in the
leaderboard in the relevant Contest.
1.18 In the event that more than
one user accumulates the same number of points in a Contest,
the leaderboard position will be determined by each user’s
identification number. Each user is assigned the next
available ‘User ID’ upon sign up to the game, with the lowest
User ID achieving the higher leaderboard position.
1.19 Points allocation: we use a
data feed, which allows us to automatically determine if a DD
Card should be allocated points based on the match statistics
during the Fixture Round.
1.20 Points allocations are shown
preliminarily whilst the Fixture Round is live and sports
matches are in progress but, save where stated otherwise in
these Game Rules or otherwise in the Terms and Conditions,
points allocations are confirmed when the relevant match ends
and the results are published. Any changes to the result after
the original result is published (including by the relevant
governing association, body or organisation) will not be taken
into account.
1.21 The following general rules
will apply as regards to allocating points:
1.21.1 Occurrences in the
relevant match, including any stoppage and/or extra time (as
applicable) count;
1.21.2 If any match is not
completed for any reason and the match is not re-arranged to
take place on or before the Fixture Round was originally
scheduled to end, that match will stand as part of the Fixture
Round only if feed statistics are still provided;
1.21.3 If a DD Card named in your
League Team does not play in any Fixture Round then that DD
Card will receive zero (0) points and they will not be
replaced by anyone who is not selected in your League Team.
There are no ‘substitutes’.
1.22 The following example
demonstrates generic rules determining point allocations (this
example uses the Game of cricket and clearly these points are
subject to change based on the format of the game i.e. T20, 1
day international, 50 overs, Test, T10 , County IPL, Ranji
trophy etc. Additionally, each different Game will have its
own point allocations.) Therefore, Participants must always
refer to the scoring points card/sheet on the application for
the latest information for a particular match.
However, just by way of an example, we set out below the point
allocation for a generic cricket Game:
Team (team cards only)
• Win = 50 points
• Draw = 20 points
• 150-199 Runs = 50 points
• 200+ Runs = 100 points
• Wickets = 10 points per wicket
Batting (all cards)
• Runs = 1 point per run
• 4 Bonus = 2 points per 4
• 6 Bonus = 5 points per 6
• Every Half Century = 10 points
Bowling (all cards)
• Wicket (excluding run out) = 25
points per wicket
• 3 Wicket Bonus = 10 points
• Maiden Over = 8 points
Fielding (all cards)
• Catch = 20 points
1.24 Private Contest rules: In
order to enter a Private Contest, you must join the relevant
invitational League (“League”).
To ensure that our Game remains a safe space for all our
users, the following rules apply to the creation and
administration of any League:
1.24.1 the user who creates the
League is automatically assigned as the League ‘admin’ and
will be deemed primarily responsible for the safe running of
that League;
1.24.2 the name chosen for the
League must not be profane, derogatory, discriminatory,
divisive, offensive, used to promote another business, or
otherwise inappropriate – we reserve the right to re-name or
delete any League we deem (in our sole discretion) is in
breach of this clause, and in the most serious cases we may
close the Account of the League admin who chose the name;
1.24.3 upon League creation, the
admin is given an alphanumeric code to share with users who
they wish to invite to their League – it is the responsibility
of the League admin to safeguard this code and only share with
users who they wish to join their League;
1.24.4 a League cannot be created
or used for any commercial purpose whatsoever, including but
not limited to (i) charging for entry into a League; or (ii)
making entry to a League conditional on the purchase of goods
/ services (incl. subscriptions) – if we discover or
reasonably believe this to be the case, we may delete the
League and close the Account of the users involved;
1.24.5 should prizing be
advertised by a third party for any League / Private Contest,
the awarding of such prizing is the sole responsibility of the
third party offering such prizing; and
1.24.6 in all circumstances, no
charge can be levied against users to enter any League – in
the event we discover or reasonably believe a charge has been
paid by users to participate in a League, we may delete the
League and close the Accounts of the users involved.
1.25 What are the prizes for
winning? Entrants to a Contest are ranked on a global
leaderboard based on the points accumulated during the Public
Contest.
1.26 Entrants are allocated DD
Coins on the leaderboard.
DD tickets awarded on the leaderboard will be subject to the
format of the Game i.e. T10, T20, One Day International, Test,
County, IPL etc; subject to the League, Contest; season,
matches and subject to the discretion of Dhan Dhoom and/or
MysticPlay Studios management. Please refer to the application
to find out the coins awarded on the leaderboard.
1.27 The points allocation is
subject to change throughout the season from time to time.
1.28 DD Coins earned from the
leaderboard can be used across the game.
1.29 Points are allocated to DD
Cards in accordance with the rules in section 1.22 above.
1.30 The winner(s) will be the
entrants whose League Team accumulates the most points.
Unless stated otherwise, every Contest will be ‘won’ and, if
it is a Public Contest with prizes, no prizes are ‘carried
over’ to the next Game.
1.31 We reserve the right to: (i)
refuse to accept any entry; (ii) decide to offer any prize;
(iii) void any entries (and any prize if necessary or
relevant) in the event of entrant misconduct, fraud, or breach
of these terms or General Terms; or (iv) amend, alter or
terminate the Contest or any specific entries in the event of
circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
1.32 Liability: We accept no
responsibility or liability for: (i) incomplete entries; nor
(ii) any liability or responsibility otherwise arising from
each Contest in so far as such limitation/exclusion of
liability is not prohibited by law.
2. CONTESTS
The rules outlined above are consistent for Contests except
for the following:
2.1 To enter a Contest there may
be an entry fee.
2.2 DD packs can be purchased as
an in-app purchase via the Google Play or Apple App store
(“DD Pack(s)”). Each DD Pack will
randomly provide you with the relevant number of players for
the particular sport.
2.3 These are subject to change
from time to time.
2.4 To build your League Team,
you will need to select the relevant number of players
depending on the specific sport.
2.4.1 For example in Cricket, you
will need to select the following categories:
• Batsman
• Bowler
• Wicket Keeper
• All rounder
• Captain
• Golden Bat
3 WHAT HAPPENS IF..?
3.1 What happens if I forget to
confirm the changes to my line-up before the Contest closes
for entries?
Any unconfirmed changes will not be taken into account for
that Contest. You are required to confirm any changes made
when in edit mode – this is primarily for your own benefit to
reduce the chances of accidental changes being made.
3.2 What happens if not all the
DD Cards in my League Team play during the Contest?
We will score your League Team based on the DD Cards who do
play. You do not receive any points for DD Cards who are not
selected as part of your League Team. There are no
substitutes where a DD Card does not play during the Fixture
Round.
3.3 What happens if the DD Card
that I applied my “Captain” or “Golden Bat” to does not play
during the Contest?
We only score based on the League Team selected. You should
choose carefully when picking how to apply your Captain and
Golden Bat to but be aware that you lose the opportunity to
boost your points in that Contest if the chosen DD Card does
not play.
3.4 What happens if there is an
error with settlement?
In the rare event that we settle a Contest incorrectly, we
will look into the matter promptly and resettle the Contest
correctly. The leaderboard will be updated to reflect any
resettlement and, if it is a Public Contest which includes
prizes, those prizes may be debited / credited from users to
reflect the resettlement, if applicable. If you think we have
made an error with settlement which has not been corrected
then please let our Customer Service team know at
[email protected]
and we will look into it!
4. CAN A CONTEST BE REMOVED OR ADJUSTED AFTER I HAVE ENTERED?
4.1 In the interests of fairness
and integrity, we do not generally intend to remove any
Contest after participants (including you) have been invited
to enter.
4.2 We do however reserve the
right to refuse entries at our sole discretion and we may also
cancel/void, suspend or adjust any Contest:
4.2 to correct any obvious errors
or Malfunctions;
4.2.2 to maintain integrity and
fairness; and
4.2.2 there has been a change to
a match (such as postponement) such that the match can no
longer feasibly form part of the Fixture Round.
4.3 We may further cancel,
revoke, withhold, suspend, or otherwise adjust any Contest
entry (and any related winnings or transactions) in full or in
part and/or suspend or cancel your Account where:
4.3.1 law and regulation requires
that we do;
4.3.2 we ask for verification
from you, which is not forthcoming;
4.3.3 we know or have reasonable
cause to suspect you have cheated, or have attempted to cheat,
in a Contest, including but not limited to using automated
systems, multiple accounts, or insider information, or have
engaged in activity which contradicts the fundamental premise
of fair play in any Contest or the Game in general;
4.3.4 we know or have reasonable
cause to suspect that you have or have attempted to collude,
or you and other individuals have colluded or attempted to
collude in, influencing or attempting to influence the outcome
of a Contest (regardless if any such attempt was successful);
4.3.5 we know or have reasonable
cause to suspect that you have engaged, or attempted to engage
in fraud, criminal or other illegal practice;
4.3.6 you have more than one
Account at any one time;
4.3.7 there is a Malfunction
which results in a “falsely attributed” or “improper”
settlement – in such circumstances you also acknowledge and
confirm that we reserve the right to void any relevant bet and
to re-credit your account balance and/or to refund your stake
where we choose to do so and thereby putting you in the
position you would have been prior to any error;
4.3.8 we believe an entry has
been placed in contravention of the rules of a sports’
governing body or other relevant professional body; or
4.3.9 we wish to (or are
otherwise required to) make further enquiries as to any of the
above.
5. WHAT FURTHER RULES APPLY TO PRIVATE CONTESTS/INVITATIONAL
LEAGUES?
5.1 Private Contests are
generally subject to the same rules as Public Contests, save
the additional rules that follow.
5.2 In order to enter a Private
Contest, you must join the relevant invitational League
(“League”). To ensure that our
Game remains a safe space for all our users, the following
rules apply to the creation and administration of any League:
5.2.1 the user who creates the
League is automatically assigned as the League ‘admin’ and
will be deemed primarily responsible for the safe running of
that League;
5.2.2 the name chosen for the
League must not be profane, derogatory, discriminatory,
divisive, offensive, used to promote another business, or
otherwise inappropriate – we reserve the right to re-name or
delete any League we deem (in our sole discretion) is in
breach of this clause, and in the most serious cases we may
close the Account of the League admin who chose the name;
5.2.3 upon League creation, the
admin is given an alphanumeric code to share with users who
they wish to invite to their League – it is the responsibility
of the League admin to safeguard this code and only share with
users who they wish to join their League;
5.2.4 a League cannot be created
or used for any commercial purpose, which shall include but
not be limited to (i) charging for entry into a League; or
(ii) making entry to a League conditional on the purchase of
goods / services (incl. subscriptions) – if we discover or
reasonably believe this to be the case, we may delete the
League and close the Account of the users involved;
5.2.5 should prizes be advertised
by a third party for any League / Private Contest, the
awarding of such prizes is the sole responsibility of the
third party offering such prizes, and we explicitly disclaim
any liability or responsibility for such third-party prizes.
Users participate in such third-party prize offerings at their
own risk; and
5.2.6 in all circumstances, no
charge can be levied against users to enter any League – in
the event we discover or reasonably believe a charge has been
paid by users to participate in a League, we may delete the
League and close the Accounts of the users involved.
5.3 Overall, the League function
is made available to users on a recreational basis only to
allow users to compete in smaller groups for “bragging
purposes”. We cannot be held responsible for the management of
any League, or any loss suffered through any users’
involvement in such League, or any additional prizes
advertised externally, including but not limited to where a
League is deleted or users are removed from the League by
either us or the admin.

MIND MAZE GAME RULES
1. OVERVIEW
1.1 Mind Maze is a trivia game
where players test their knowledge and speed by answering
multiple-choice questions correctly and quickly to earn the
highest score. Time is critical: the longer you take, the
fewer points you earn, and incorrect answers yield zero
points.
2. ANSWERING QUESTIONS
2.1
Each Question: Players are
presented with a multiple-choice question and several possible
answers.
2.2
Time Matters: A countdown begins
when the question appears. The longer you take to answer, the
fewer points you earn. Speed is essential to maximize your
score.
2.3
More Time Left = More Points: The
quicker you answer correctly, the more points you earn. The
timer decreases points as time runs out.
2.4
Incorrect Answers: Choosing the
wrong answer results in zero points for that question.
3. SCORING SYSTEM
3.1
Points per Question: Your score
depends on how quickly you answer correctly, with a maximum of
100 points per question decreasing continuously until the time
limit.
3.2
Countdown Impact: Points drop as
the timer runs, starting from 100 and decreasing to zero if
time expires.
3.3
Zero Points for Incorrect Answers:
Incorrect answers earn 0 points, regardless of time remaining.
4. WINNING THE GAME
4.1 The game ends when all
questions are answered. The player with the highest
accumulated score wins. In multiplayer mode, compete to
outscore opponents for the top leaderboard spot.
5. TIPS FOR SUCCESS
5.1
Speed is Key: Answer quickly to
maximize points, balancing speed with accuracy.
5.2
Stay Calm Under Pressure: The
countdown may be intense, but think through questions
carefully before answering, even as time ticks down.
6. ADDITIONAL FEATURES
6.1
Leaderboards: Compete globally to
climb the rankings. High-ranking players can earn DD Coins.
