1.1 We are MysticPlay Studios Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India ("MysticPlay" / "We" / "Us" / "Our").
1.2 Dhan Dhoom stands as the premier brand of Mysticplay Studios Private Limited ("Dhan Dhoom" or the "Game"), delivering an unparalleled sports experience through the web-portal dhandhoom.com and mobile apps (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
1.3 Individuals engaging with the Platform ("User" or "You" or "Your"), including but not limited to those participating in different Contests and Games (hereby including other Services ("Services") made available through the Platform, are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
1.4 "Dhan Dhoom" is a free to play Game of mere skill and its comprehensive Services are offered by downloading via the Apple App Store and/or the Google Play Store (each a "Store"). Neither Stores are in any way involved with the operation of Dhan Dhoom, rather by way of providing Users with a seamless and integrated sports Platform.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions contain the general rules applicable to the Game and therefore govern Your relationship with Us and any activity on the Game. We would encourage You to read the Terms and Conditions carefully, but in particular, We wish to draw Your attention to clause 5.16 which set out what happens in the event of a technical / human error or Malfunction, and clause 24.4 which limits Our liability in this regard.
2.2 It is important that You read these Terms and Conditions fully as when You open an Account with Us ("Account" or "User(s) Account") and access the Game You confirm that You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN PLEASE NAVIGATE AWAY FROM THE GAME AND DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION OR FURTHER USE OF THE GAME, AS WE WILL CONSIDER ANY SUCH ACTIONS AS YOUR UNQUALIFIED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If You have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact Us using the contact details within the Platform.
2.3 We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. If We deem any such change to be material in nature, We will take reasonable steps to bring the change to Your attention by either email or a notification within the Game. If You do not accept the revised terms, You will not be allowed to continue using the Game.
2.4 By accessing or using the Dhan Dhoom Platform, You consent to participate in our sports Contests ("Contest(s)"), made available through the Dhan Dhoom Services. Such participation is subject to adherence to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other applicable rules, regulations, and terms of use as stipulated by Dhan Dhoom in connection with the Dhan Dhoom Services.
2.5 Dhan Dhoom reserves the authority to amend, update, or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions, along with any associated rules, and usage terms at any given time and without the need for prior notification, by publishing the updated version on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.
2.6 The ongoing access or use of the Dhan Dhoom Platform by Users signifies their acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions. Moreover, Dhan Dhoom may communicate such changes to User(s) by sending notifications directly to their registered email addresses or by posting alerts within their User(s) Accounts.
2.7 Upon receiving such notifications, User(s) will be presented with an opportunity to express their refusal to accept the updated Terms and Conditions. Should Users fail to respond or object within the designated period, such inaction will be interpreted as an acceptance of the newly revised Terms and Conditions.
2.8 It is important to note that certain Dhan Dhoom Services could be governed by additional rules and regulations. In instances where these Terms and Conditions might conflict with any supplementary terms, the latter shall take precedence.

3.1 Subject to the below provisions on age, location, and relation to us, only individuals engaging in recreational play are permitted to register an Account with Us and access Our Game (and not e.g. companies, institutions, or 'syndicates') unless We consent in writing.
3.2 All applications to register an Account with Us are subject to Our permission at all times and may be refused or withdrawn at any time. We shall not be obliged to give reasons for any refusal of registration nor for any suspension, or cancellation of, Your Account.
3.3 We reserve the right at any time and for whatever reason, to suspend or close Your Account, restrict Your access to Our Game and block transactions if You are found to be (or if We reasonably suspect You are) in breach of these Terms.

Your Age and Identity
3.4 You must be at least 18 years of age (or of 'legal' age where You reside, if higher) to register an Account with us, access the Game. Additionally, any person aged 18 or older is not permitted to establish an account for or on behalf of a minor or allow access to an Account by a minor. You confirm/warrant that You will not seek to register an Account with Us if You are a minor.
3.5 We reserve the right to undertake an age and identity verification process when We reasonably suspect You may be in breach of these Terms. This will generally involve Us asking You to provide an (i) identity document; and (ii) proof of address document. The purpose of this check is to verify Your age and identity and ensure that the Game is as fair as possible by preventing duplicate / fraudulent registrations. The process may be repeated at a later stage if Your details have changed or if We reasonably deem it necessary to repeat the process.

Your Location
3.6 In order to register an Account with Us and access the Game, You must be a resident of and physically located in India, excluding the following States: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim and Telangana (the "Excluded States"). Residents of the Excluded States are ineligible to register or participate in the Game. The territories where the Game is permitted shall be referred to as the "Permitted Territory".
3.7 You further agree that We are not responsible for any action which may arise from You holding an Account and/or accessing the Game from any territory other than the Permitted Territory.
3.8 You represent to Us that You are eligible to use the Game under these Terms and will not access or use the Game from any physical location where such activity would be unlawful or contrary to these General Terms. You further agree that We are not responsible for any action which may arise from You holding an Account and/or accessing the Game in a territory where such activity may be illegal.
3.9 You agree and confirm that You will not employ methods, devices or technology (including, but not limited to, using a proxy, VPN or other technique that disguises Your IP) to give a false or misleading impression of Your physical / device location when accessing Our Game nor select a location that does not correspond with Your actual location for the purposes of registering an Account or accessing Our Game.

Your Relation to Us
3.10 Our officers, directors, employees, consultants and/or agents, and/or any member of their households, are not permitted, either directly or indirectly, to enter the Game at any time during their engagement, except where strictly necessary for the purposes of their engagement with Us and for test purposes only (and in which case are not eligible to claim any prizes).
3.11 Additionally, Our suppliers and other third parties (and their officers, directors, employees, consultants and/or agents), who provide products or Services which are directly linked to the operation of the Game, are not permitted to enter the Game or win any prizes at any time during their engagement with us.
3.12 We shall have sole discretion to determine if You are permitted to enter the Game and therefore, in the event of uncertainty, We encourage You to check with Our customer service team prior to registering an Account or conducting any activity on Our Game.

Creating an Account
4.1 To participate in the Game, it is necessary to establish an Account by completing the required fields on the Game's registration page.
4.2 By registering, You assure Us that the information provided is:
4.2.1 Entirely accurate and current;
4.2.2 Not deceptive, incorrect or designed to mislead; and
4.2.3 Will be kept updated for as long as You are a member.
4.3 Each person is limited to a single Account. By creating an Account, You confirm that You do not possess an existing Account with Us and have not had an Account previously terminated by Us.
4.4 We maintain the authority to terminate any Account discovered to be created in violation of these Terms and Conditions, and to invalidate any participation in the Game, along with any winnings accrued through such Accounts.
4.5 You acknowledge that any Account creation is undertaken for Your personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
4.6 Upon registering an Account with Us, You will be prompted to create a Username and password. By registering You accept that:
4.6.1 At Our discretion, Your Username may be displayed on a Game leaderboard, and may be shared within the Game, on Our social media Platforms, or with Our partners;
4.6.2 You will refrain from selecting a Username that includes personally identifiable information if You wish to remain anonymous on Our leaderboards;
4.6.3 You will avoid selecting a Username that could be deemed offensive or inappropriate, understanding that We may suspend or terminate Your Account if deemed necessary;
4.6.4 The safeguarding of Your Account credentials, including regular updates and non-disclosure to others, is Your sole responsibility;
4.6.5 Ensuring the security of any device used to access Your Account and Our Game is Your responsibility, which includes adopting proper security measures and virus protection.
4.7 We are not responsible for any unauthorized (or authorized) activity involving Your Account or payment information, except in cases of evident fault on Our part.
4.8 By registering, You consent to Our processing and disclosing the personal information provided as part of Your registration, as well as Our sharing of Your information with authorized credit verification agencies (or other entities providing identity verification Services) as described in Our Privacy Policy.
4.9 The sale, transfer, or acquisition of Accounts between players is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to terminate any Accounts, cancel Game entries, and nullify any transactions or withdrawals upon suspicion or evidence of such activities.

Closing Your Account
4.10 You may terminate Your Account at any time by contacting Our customer support team as detailed within the Game or via Dhan Dhoom Platform.
4.11 Your Account may also be terminated by Us, without any request on Your part, at Our discretion, particularly in instances of non-compliance with any and all Dhan Dhoom Policies that may change from time to time.

5.1 Definitions for the context of these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
5.1.1 "Dhan Dhoom Card(s)" represent individual or team cards available on Dhan Dhoom.
5.1.2 "Dhan Dhoom Coin(s)" are the designated virtual currency on Dhan Dhoom, utilized for transactions within the Dhan Dhoom marketplace, such as acquiring Dhan Dhoom Packs.
5.1.3 "Dhan Dhoom Pack(s)" are digital packages generated randomly, containing one or more Dhan Dhoom Card(s).
5.1.4 "Dhan Dhoom Ticket(s)" are digital passes earned through participation in Game Contests, redeemable for participation in Dhan Dhoom's exclusive Prize Draw competitions.

Dhan Dhoom Packs and Dhan Dhoom Cards
5.2 By engaging with the Game, You have the opportunity to gather Dhan Dhoom Tickets, Dhan Dhoom Coins, Dhan Dhoom Packs, and Dhan Dhoom Cards.
5.2.1 We cannot assure the perpetual availability of the Game or the universal applicability of each Dhan Dhoom Card for entry into all Game Contests.
5.2.2 Despite this, it is important to note that Dhan Dhoom Packs, Dhan Dhoom Coins, Dhan Dhoom Cards, and Dhan Dhoom Tickets obtained during a specific tournament or season are not transferable to future tournaments or seasons.
5.3 Every Dhan Dhoom Card is marked with a distinct identification number; nonetheless, currently, Dhan Dhoom Cards (or Dhan Dhoom Tickets) cannot be exchanged for monetary value or utilized externally from the Game.
5.3.1 Future functionalities may allow such exchanges at Our discretion, but no assurances are made regarding this potential development.
5.3.2 Consequently, collection of Dhan Dhoom Packs and Dhan Dhoom Cards should be for recreational use in current Game Contests, without the expectation of prizes, profit, monetary return, or utility in future Game Contests.
5.4 The external sale of Dhan Dhoom Tickets, Dhan Dhoom Coins, and Dhan Dhoom Cards for cash or other benefits is strictly forbidden and considered a significant violation of these terms.
5.5 Any Dhan Dhoom Tickets, Dhan Dhoom Coins, and Dhan Dhoom Cards acquired in violation of these Terms and Conditions (including through Account purchase/sale) will be confiscated.
5.6 Given that Dhan Dhoom Tickets and Dhan Dhoom Cards hold no monetary value, no reimbursement will be provided for Dhan Dhoom Packs and Dhan Dhoom Cards removed from the Game, even if they were bought with Cash or Dhan Dhoom Coins.
5.7 We retain the authority to introduce additional Dhan Dhoom Packs and Dhan Dhoom Cards at any moment. The selection and quantity of Dhan Dhoom Packs and Dhan Dhoom Cards released are subject to Our discretion.

Dhan Dhoom Coins and Dhan Dhoom Tickets
5.8 Participating in the Game allows the accumulation of Dhan Dhoom Coins and/or Dhan Dhoom Tickets. Dhan Dhoom Coins can be gathered: (i) without cost by performing specific activities within the Game; or (ii) through purchase from the Google Play or Apple App Store.
5.9 Concerning each Dhan Dhoom Coins purchase through the Google Play or Apple App Store:
5.9.1 Your purchase authorizes Us to request payment collection on Our behalf by Google / Apple;
5.9.2 such transactions are additionally governed by the updated terms of Google's / Apple's;
5.9.3 all purchases made are final and non-refundable.
5.10 Currently, Dhan Dhoom Coins are exclusively used for purchasing Dhan Dhoom Packs or Dhan Dhoom Cards within the marketplace.
5.11 We reserve the right to modify or cease the availability of Dhan Dhoom Packs or Dhan Dhoom Cards for purchase, in any form currently offered, at any future time.
5.12 Dhan Dhoom Coins collected during a particular tournament or season are not applicable for subsequent tournaments or seasons.
5.13 Dhan Dhoom Coins possess no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for monetary assets.
5.13.1 As such, Dhan Dhoom Coins should be gathered solely for recreational purposes within Dhan Dhoom, without the aim of profit, financial return, or usage beyond the current offerings of Dhan Dhoom.
5.14 It's critical to adhere to these Terms and Conditions as Dhan Dhoom Coins and/or Dhan Dhoom Tickets acquired in contravention will be withdrawn from the Game.
5.14.1 With Dhan Dhoom Coins holding no intrinsic value, no refunds or compensations will be provided for Dhan Dhoom Coins withdrawn from the Game, including those purchased.
5.15 Dhan Dhoom Challenges within the Game present opportunities to earn Dhan Dhoom Coins.

Malfunctions
5.16 Occasionally, the Game may encounter technical glitches or human errors ("Malfunctions") which could impact gameplay. Sometimes, these Malfunctions might not be immediately apparent to either You or Us until after Our verification procedures are complete. Malfunctions can include, but are not limited to:
5.16.1 issues with the Game's underlying mechanics and calculations, for example, deviations from the 'random number generator' system or the established Game Rules;
5.16.2 problems due to disconnections or failures in internet or server connection;
5.16.3 inaccuracies in the allocation of points to selections in the Game (e.g., if points are incorrectly assigned contrary to real-life performances);
5.16.4 instances where incorrect prizes are advertised for the Game.
5.17 It is Your responsibility to alert Us to any Malfunctions You observe as quickly as possible. Exploiting or encouraging others to exploit a Malfunction is strictly prohibited.

6.1 We reserve the right in Our sole discretion to carry checks to verify Your age, identity or eligibility for any Game.
6.2 The checks will ordinarily involve a request for the documentation specified in clause 3.5 above; however, We reserve the right to request copies of additional documentation or further information where We reasonably deem it appropriate to do so. Such checks will usually, but not exclusively, be carried out prior to withdrawal or claiming a prize.
6.3 You agree to comply with any and all such verification requests from Us in a prompt and helpful manner, and that We may delay crediting any winnings or withdrawals until such further evidence is provided.
6.4 You also confirm and acknowledge that You understand and accept that Your Account (and any transaction or activity upon it) may be suspended or cancelled in the event that You do not provide verification when reasonably requested to and/or until You do so. You further agree and understand that We reserve the right to suspend or close Your Account (and any related process including, Game entries, withdrawals or transactions, where applicable) where the results of additional verification checks indicate that the information previously provided to Us was, is, or has become, insufficient, false, inaccurate, untruthful or misleading.
6.5 We may also make a report about You to any applicable authorities where Our general monitoring or specific enquiries give Us any cause to suspect that money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity has taken place or is likely to take place.

7.1 We will consider Your Account to be dormant if You have not accessed it for any continuous period of 365 days. Accessing Your Account is defined as 'logging on' to Your Account using Your Username and password.
7.2 Once Your Account has been deemed dormant, We will:
7.2.1 send You an email to ask You confirm back to Us that You would like to withdraw Your remaining funds.
7.2.2 if no response is received within 30 days, We may deduct a reasonable monthly maintenance fee which reasonably reflects Our costs of running Your Account until either Your cash balance is depleted, or Your Account is no longer dormant.

8.1 If You enter a Game, You agree that We, and Our selected partners and affiliates, may include and/or announce on the Game, on social media and/or elsewhere at Our sole discretion the following details if You win a prize in a Game, subject to applicable privacy laws and regulations:
8.1.1 Your surname;
8.1.2 Your Username;
8.1.3 Your county / state; and
8.1.4 Your Game entry.

8.2 You also agree that:
8.2.1 Your User name and Your Game entry may feature in a live leaderboard compiled of Game entrants by Us and published on the Game, social media and / or anywhere else at Our sole discretion; and
8.2.2 We, and Our selected partners and affiliates, may re-post any publications You make regarding any Game entry made by You on the Game including, without limitation, any posts made on social media regarding wins.

9.1 By engaging in transactions with the Store, You affirm Your acceptance of, and agreement to, the Store's prevailing terms of use and service.
9.2 The stipulations contained in this segment are mandated by Apple for Your acknowledgment and consent in relation to the utilization of the iOS variant of the Game:
9.2.1 Both You and Dhan Dhoom recognize that the agreement concerning these Terms and Conditions is exclusively between You and Dhan Dhoom, excluding Apple Inc. ("Apple"), its subsidiaries, or affiliated entities. Furthermore, it is acknowledged that the responsibility for the Game, inclusive of its content, rests solely with us.
9.2.2 Conditional upon Your adherence to all stipulations of these Terms and Conditions, We confer upon You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use a single copy of the specific Game for personal, non-commercial gameplay on an iOS device that You rightfully own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service
9.2.3 The obligation to provide maintenance and support Services for the Game is solely ours. You, along with Dhan Dhoom, acknowledge that Apple bears no responsibility to offer any maintenance and support Services regarding the Game.
9.2.4 It is recognized that any claims related to the Game or its use, including but not limited to product liability claims, any assertion that the Game does not comply with legal or regulatory standards, and claims under consumer protection laws or similar legislation, shall be addressed by Dhan Dhoom, not Apple.
9.2.5 You certify that:
(a) You are not situated within a nation that is under a government embargo by the US, or identified by the Us Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country; and
(b) You do not appear on any USA Government list of forbidden or restricted parties.
9.2.6 You agree and acknowledge that Apple, as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and Conditions, upon Your acceptance of these terms, gains the right (deemed as accepted) to enforce these Terms and Conditions against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
9.2.7 The usage of the Game may also be subject to the Store's Terms and Conditions and policies. In instances where these Terms and Conditions conflict with the Store's terms from which the Game was purchased or installed, the Store's terms shall take precedence in areas of conflict.

10.1 We may occasionally conduct Prize Draws ("Prize Draw") where winners are chosen randomly from all eligible participants, however, should this be the case We will provide prior notification of same.
10.2 Prize Draws are promoted across Our Game, social media channels, and through Our partners.
10.3 Entry: Personal, multiple entries are permitted for each Prize Draw. Entries on behalf of another, using deceptive details, or acting as a third-party agent are ineligible for participation and prize claims
10.4 Prize Draws are open to all individuals aged 18 and over, residing and present in India, with the exception of:
10.4.1 Our employees, consultants, agents, their household members, except for internal testing purposes (who are not eligible for prizes);
10.4.2 Our suppliers and partners directly involved in the Prize Draw, and their personnel;
10.4.3 individuals notified by Us as being excluded from Prize Draws.
10.5 Participation in Prize Draws requires the allocation of Dhan Dhoom Tickets at Your discretion, with the ability to distribute tickets across one or multiple draws as available in Your Wallet.
10.6 The entry process for each Prize Draw will be outlined in the Specific Prize Draw Terms.
10.7 Only one entry per person, per postcard is allowed. Multiple entries for the same or different persons on a single postcard are invalid.
10.8 Generally, entering Prize Draws involves a fee. Occasionally, Draws exclusive to purchasers of certain products or Services may be conducted, without additional entry fees.
10.9 Rankings on a global leaderboard, based on points from a gameweek Contest, determine entrants' eligibility for Dhan Dhoom Tickets.
10.10 Dhan Dhoom Tickets awarded per position on the leaderboard will be subject to the format of the game i.e. cricket: T10, T20, One Day International, Test, County, IPL etc., subject to the league, Contest, season, matches and subject to the discretion of Dhan Dhoom / MysticPlay Studios management. Please refer to the application to find out the tickets awarded for achieving a certain position on the leaderboard.
10.11 We reserve rights to decline entries, annul entries/prizes due to misconduct or fraud, or adjust Prize Draws due to unforeseen circumstances.
10.12 Liability: We bear no responsibility for incomplete entries or liabilities arising from Prize Draws, within legal limitations.
10.13 Agreement: By entering, You consent to potential contact for winning notification and agree to possible public sharing of Your surname, Username, county, and entry details if You win, in addition to the use of any public posts about Your win for marketing.
10.14 All participant data will be managed according to Our Privacy Policy.
10.15 Winner Selection: Winners are chosen randomly from eligible entries on a date specified in the Specific Prize Draw Terms.
10.16 Winners must respond within a reasonable time to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be drawn.
10.17 The winners' surname, county, or social media Username will be publicly available upon request for a month after the Prize Draw concludes.
10.18 Our decisions on Prize Draw disputes are final.
10.19 Prizes are aimed to be delivered within 45 days, subject to successful claim, external delivery and verification processes.
10.20 Prizes are delivered to registered details unless a justified change is requested, to prevent fraud.
10.21 Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or alternatives.
10.22 We reserve the right to substitute prizes with equivalent alternatives.
10.23 We are not liable for any costs associated with claiming or using prizes.
10.24 Prize eligibility and receipt responsibilities rest with the participant, including legal eligibility and logistical arrangements for prize acceptance.

11.1 Dhan Dhoom holds the sole discretion to:
11.1.1 Limit, suspend, or terminate a User(s)'s access to the Dhan Dhoom Platform or any part of the Dhan Dhoom Services;
11.1.2- Modify or discontinue any part of the Dhan Dhoom Services;
11.1.3- Remove or edit content submitted by User(s) or available on the Dhan Dhoom Platform;
11.1.4- Adjust the roster of players available for selection in a Contest due to revisions in the actual roster of a sporting event;
11.1.5- Transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party, after which User(s) will be notified.
11.2 In case of a User(s)'s breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts which is impermissible, or if Dhan Dhoom believes that a User(s) has misused the Dhan Dhoom Services , it may, without notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate the User(s)'s access to the Dhan Dhoom Contests or Platform, deactivate the User(s)'s Account, remove User(s) content, and take necessary technical and legal steps.
11.3 If Dhan Dhoom imposes a Platform fee for its Services, it will promptly refund the fee in case of a suspension or removal of the User(s)'s Account or Dhan Dhoom Services due to Dhan Dhoom 's negligence. However, no refund will be provided if the suspension or removal is due to:
11.3.1 The User(s)'s breach or inadequate performance of these Terms and Conditions;
11.3.2 Circumstances beyond Dhan Dhoom's reasonable control.
11.4 User(s)s consent to receiving communications from Dhan Dhoom, including announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements, potentially from Dhan Dhoom 's partners, licensors, or associates.

12.1 Ownership or licensee rights of all intellectual property, including but not limited to Games, Contests, software, advertisements, and all forms of text, images, graphics, video, and audio content on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, rests with MysticPlay Studios, along with its affiliates, licensors, and partners. Users are prohibited from using, duplicating, or exploiting any content from the Dhan Dhoom Platform without obtaining explicit written authorization.
12.2 Users bear full responsibility for any content they contribute or make accessible on the Dhan Dhoom Platform ("User Content") and must verify that they possess the necessary rights to share and use this content. Dhan Dhoom receives a global, royalty-free right to utilize User Content for purposes of display on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, sharing with other User(s), and archiving in a database to be accessible by end User(s).

13.1 The Dhan Dhoom Platform may feature links to websites operated by third parties. The use of these external sites by the Users is governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth by these sites. Dhan Dhoom does not control these external websites and is not accountable for their content. The presence of links to third-party websites on the Dhan Dhoom Platform does not constitute an endorsement by Dhan Dhoom of these external sites.
13.2 Interactions, dealings, or promotional activities conducted with third parties, including but not limited to payment and verification service providers, are strictly between the User(s) and the respective third party. Such interactions, transactions, and the use of the Services /offers from third parties fall under the Terms and Conditions, policies, and service terms instituted by these third parties. User(s) are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to engaging in any transactions or availing of Services /offers from third parties. Dhan Dhoom does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content supplied by third parties, and such content should not be relied upon by User(s) in making decisions related to the Services offered by Dhan Dhoom, including participation in any Contests hosted on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.

14.1 Dhan Dhoom's collection and use of personal information from User(s) are governed by the Dhan Dhoom Privacy Policy. https://dhandhoom.com/privacy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

15.1 User(s) commit to adhering to these Terms and Conditions as well as all other policies, regulations, and terms of use associated with the App. Should a User not uphold these stipulations, Dhan Dhoom reserves the unilateral right to enact remedial measures, which may include, but are not limited to:
15.1.1 Imposing restrictions, suspending, or terminating a User(s)'s access to any or all Dhan Dhoom Services;
15.1.2 Deactivating or deleting a User's Account alongside all pertinent information and files on said Account. Any funds remaining in the User's Unutilized Account (after applicable Tax Deducted at Source "TDS") at the point of deactivation or deletion will be transferred to the User's registered bank account with Dhan Dhoom, minus any processing charges specified;
15.1.3 Withholding prize(s) from any User deemed non-compliant.
15.2 User(s) are obligated to provide truthful, accurate, current, and comprehensive information upon registration and as required thereafter by Dhan Dhoom. User(s) must also ensure their registration details are regularly updated.
15.3 Users acknowledge that any provided address details will be considered the "Registered Address" for Goods and Services Tax "GST" purposes. Should there be any changes to these details, User(s) must promptly update their profile on the Dhan Dhoom Platform or contact Dhan Dhoom through the provided helpdesk.
15.4 The operation of multiple User(s) Accounts with Dhan Dhoom by an individual is prohibited.
15.5 User(s) must ensure they can receive all communications from Dhan Dhoom, including making necessary adjustments to treat emails or SMS from Dhan Dhoom as "safe", acknowledging that Dhan Dhoom cannot be held liable for unread emails/SMS due to them being directed to the User(s)'s spam or junk folder.
15.6 User(s) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account and password and must notify Dhan Dhoom immediately of any unauthorized Account activity or security breaches.
15.7 User(s) agree to log out from their Accounts after each session. Dhan Dhoom is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the User(s)'s failure to comply with this requirement.
15.8 User(s) must not engage in any form of cheating, using exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with Dhan Dhoom Services or the Dhan Dhoom experience.
15.9 User(s) are prohibited from copying, modifying, leasing, selling, distributing, or transferring any rights to the technology or software underlying Dhan Dhoom or the Services without written consent from Dhan Dhoom.
15.10 Without Dhan Dhoom 's express written consent, User(s) shall not alter any files or software part of Dhan Dhoom 's Services.
15.11 User(s) agree to refrain from disrupting or overloading any Server used to offer or support Dhan Dhoom Services or impeding other User(s)' enjoyment of said Services.
15.12 User(s) must not engage in any actions that would disrupt, overburden, or assist in the disruption or overburdening of any Dhan Dhoom Server, or the enjoyment of Dhan Dhoom Services by others.
15.13 Attempting unauthorized access to User(s) Accounts, Servers, or networks connected to Dhan Dhoom Services through means other than the User interface provided by Dhan Dhoom, including bypassing security measures, is strictly prohibited.
15.14 User(s) must not publish misleading, false, or harassing content for financial gain or to cause harm.
15.15 User(s) are prohibited from using Dhan Dhoom Services for any illicit activities, including but not limited to engaging in obscene, offensive, indecent communications, and actions that threaten India's sovereign state, integrity, or public order.
15.16 Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to modify, restrict, or deny usage of Usernames deemed inappropriate or offensive without prior notice to the User.
15.17 Unauthorized access to Dhan Dhoom constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and is against the law. User(s) agree to access Dhan Dhoom solely through the interface provided.
15.18 Dhan Dhoom complies with legal and law enforcement requests related to User(s)' Dhan Dhoom usage as mandated by law.
15.19 Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years are expressly forbidden from participating in any paid Contests or Games on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, with Users required to disclose their true age upon accessing the Platform.
15.20 Dhan Dhoom disclaims responsibility for content posted by User(s) on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.
15.21 User(s) affirm their participation in Contests is in a personal capacity and not as part of any business or professional endeavor.

16.1 The Contests offered by Dhan Dhoom are considered Games of mere skill, which are legal under Indian law. Success in these Contests depends on the participants' knowledge, attention, and skill.
16.2 Dhan Dhoom ensures that all its Contests adhere to the criteria set forth for Games of skill, thereby operating within the legal framework of Indian jurisdictions that allow such Contests.
16.3 It is pertinent for User(s) to understand that the legal status of playing Games of mere skill for cash prizes varies across different Indian states. Dhan Dhoom respects and complies with the regulatory landscape of each state. Consequently, individuals residing in states where specific prohibitions exist against participating in Games of mere skill for cash rewards may not be eligible to engage in such Contests on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.
16.4 Dhan Dhoom advises all User(s) to acquaint themselves with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before participating in the Contests. Participation in Contests from states where such activities are restricted is not permitted on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, and Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to disqualify participants and forfeit any prizes in cases where User(s) are found to be in violation of these eligibility criteria.
16.5 The determination of the Contests as Games of skill does not necessarily insulate User(s) from potential legal challenges or scrutiny from authorities. User(s) participate in Dhan Dhoom Contests at their own risk, bearing responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.

17.1 User(s) hereby expressly authorize Dhan Dhoom, acting through its designated third-party trustee or escrow agent, to manage, hold, and administer funds on their behalf in accordance with their stipulated terms of service. This authorization encompasses the collection of participation fees for Contests, which are inclusive of a specified Platform fee determined by Dhan Dhoom, and a mandatory contribution to the prize pool designated for the respective Contest. The Dhan Dhoom Platform fee serves as compensation for the provision of the Dhan Dhoom Services, facilitating the seamless operation and management of Contests on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.
17.2 Dhan Dhoom undertakes to segregate the amounts collected from User(s) into distinct Accounts, maintained exclusively for the purpose of managing Contest operations. These funds are allocated and disbursed from said Accounts in a manner that ensures timely payouts to User(s) in accordance with their winnings, remittance of the Dhan Dhoom Platform fee to Dhan Dhoom for its Services, and compliance with governmental tax obligations and other applicable legal requirements. Dhan Dhoom 's commitment to financial integrity and transparency is paramount, and as such, it adheres strictly to the regulatory framework governing financial transactions within India, including but not limited to the Reserve Bank of India's guidelines and the applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. To that end Dhan Dhoom shall withhold the relevant tax amount in relation to the winnings.
17.3 Withdrawals from the Account by User(s) are subject to a rigorous verification process, instituted to safeguard the interests of all stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant legal standards. This process mandates User(s) to provide accurate, complete, and legally valid identification and banking information, facilitating the proper attribution and transfer of funds. Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to request additional documents or information from User(s) as deemed necessary to fulfill its regulatory obligations, prevent fraudulent transactions, and maintain the integrity of the Dhan Dhoom Services.
17.4 Dhan Dhoom emphasizes the importance of User(s) compliance with the aforementioned payment terms, underscoring the legal implications of any deviation or non-compliance. User(s) acknowledge and agree that their participation in Contests and utilization of the Dhan Dhoom Services are contingent upon their adherence to these payment terms, as well as their acceptance of the overall Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Dhan Dhoom Platform.

18.1 Dhan Dhoom may, from time to time, issue bonuses and Discounts to User(s) for promotional or incentive purposes ("Discounts"). These Discounts are issued at the sole discretion of Dhan Dhoom and are subject to specific Terms and Conditions as stipulated by Dhan Dhoom at the time of issuance. The Discounts may be provided in various forms, including but not limited to, cash Discounts, percentage Discounts, and discount codes applicable towards entry fees for selected Contests on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.
The issuance and use of Discounts are governed by the following terms:
18.1.1. Eligibility: Discounts are issued to User(s)s who meet the eligibility criteria defined by Dhan Dhoom. Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to determine the eligibility of User(s)s for receiving Discounts based on factors including, but not limited to, User(s) engagement, participation in Contests, and compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Dhan Dhoom Platform.

Non-Transferability: Discounts issued to a User(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit except as expressly provided in the specific Terms and Conditions of the Discount. User(s) are prohibited from selling, transferring, or assigning Discounts to another individual or entity.

Any changes to the Terms and Conditions of Discounts will be communicated to User(s)s through the Dhan Dhoom Platform or via email.
18.1.7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising in relation to the issuance, use, or validity of Discounts shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism set forth in the Terms and Conditions of the Dhan Dhoom Platform.
By availing of Discounts, User(s) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the overall Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Dhan Dhoom Platform.

Verification Process: To validate their winning status, winners are required to submit accurate and comprehensive identification and banking information within a specified timeframe, as detailed in the notification email. The requested documents may include, but are not limited to, government-issued photo identification, address proof, and bank Account details. This information is essential for Dhan Dhoom to ascertain the winners' compliance with the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions, including age and residency requirements.

Failure to comply with the tax laws and regulations may result in penalties or legal action as prescribed under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
20.6 The ultimate responsibility for tax compliance rests with the winners, and Dhan Dhoom shall not be liable for any non-compliance or inaccuracies in tax filings by the participants.
20.7 By participating in the Contests offered on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the tax implications associated with their winnings and agree to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

21.1 In accordance with the applicable laws of India, Winners expressly grant Dhan Dhoom , its affiliates, and its successors the irrevocable right and permission to use their names, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and/or any other visual or audio representations made of them (collectively, "Personal Media"), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images or elements, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful, promotional purposes whatsoever, including but not limited to advertising, public relations, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. This may include, without limitation, the right to reproduce, alter, adapt, distribute, publish, display, broadcast, and post the Personal Media across any and all media including but not limited to digital and social media Platform s, without seeking further approval or providing additional compensation.
21.2 Winners understand and acknowledge that Dhan Dhoom has no obligation to use the Personal Media but may do so at its sole discretion. Through the Users participation in the Game, Winners relinquish any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein their likeness or their Personal Media appears.
21.3 Furthermore, winners hereby release and discharge Dhan Dhoom, along with its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that they may now or hereafter have by reason of any portrayal, use, or exploitation of their Personal Media, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness, or defamation.
21.4 Winners affirm that they have the full legal right, power, and authority to grant the permission and rights herein granted and that the consent of no other person, firm, corporation or entity is necessary to enable Dhan Dhoom to legally use their Personal Media as herein contemplated.

22.1 Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to withdraw or cancel Contests at any time without notice, particularly in situations where legal or regulatory issues necessitate such actions. This measure is undertaken to ensure full compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations governing online gaming and Contests in India. The company prioritizes adherence to legal standards and regulatory directives to maintain the integrity and legality of its operations.
22.2 Furthermore, employees of Dhan Dhoom, including full-time, part-time staff, contractors, and interns, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in Contests organized on the Dhan Dhoom Platform. This exclusion is implemented to prevent any conflict of interest and to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of Contests and the distribution of prizes.
22.3 Dhan Dhoom's decision to exclude employees and their immediate families from Contest participation is in line with industry best practices and is designed to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. 22.5 By participating in the Contests offered on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, User(s) acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and affirm their understanding of the company's commitment to legal compliance and ethical conduct

23.1 In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to the Dhan Dhoom Services, including but not limited to Contests, the terms, conditions, and operations of the Dhan Dhoom Platform, or any other aspect of the relationship between User(s) and MysticPlay Studios Private Limited, such disputes shall be exclusively resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
23.2 It is expressly agreed by the parties that any such disputes will initially be sought to be resolved through mutual discussion. Should such efforts fail to achieve a resolution within a period of thirty (30) days from the initiation of the discussion process, the dispute shall then be referred to mediation and finally resolved by arbitration, in case mediations fails, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by both parties. If the parties are unable to agree on the appointment of a sole arbitrator within fifteen (15) days from the initiation of the arbitration process, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
23.3 The venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and the parties agree to be bound thereby and to act accordingly. The costs of arbitration, including the fees and expenses of the arbitrator, shall be shared equally by the parties, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise based on the merits of the case.
23.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, MysticPlay Studios Private Limited reserves the right to seek and obtain any preliminary or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction necessary to protect the rights or property of MysticPlay Studios Private Limited pending the completion of arbitration. Any such action or proceeding by MysticPlay Studios Private Limited will not waive its right to resolve the dispute through arbitration.
23.5 By using the Dhan Dhoom Services, User(s) agree that disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Dhan Dhoom Services and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
23.6 This clause shall survive termination, modification, or expiration of these Terms and Conditions, and shall continue to be valid and enforceable irrespective of the cause or causes of action, claims, or disputes being subject to resolution.

24.1 The Game and all associated Services are provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantees, assurances, or promises explicit or implied. We expressly disclaim any warranties of availability, reliability, error-free operation, or absence of viruses. User(s) may alter their email address by logging into their Account on the Dhan Dhoom Platform. If accurate information is not provided to Dhan Dhoom, it cannot be held accountable for any failures in communication.
26.2 Dhan Dhoom shall not bear responsibility for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, any failure to fulfill obligations due to unexpected events or causes beyond Dhan Dhoom's control such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, pandemics, riots, embargoes, acts from civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, failures in network infrastructure, strikes, or shortages in transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or the cancellation of any sports match relevant to a Contest. Under such circumstances, Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to cancel any associated Contest(s) and issue appropriate refunds to all Participants.
26.3 The non-exercise or non-enforcement by Dhan Dhoom of any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.
26.4 These Terms and Conditions, including all terms, conditions, and all policies incorporated herein by reference or as amended from time to time, form the complete agreement between the User(s) and MysticPlay Studios Private Limited, governing the use of Dhan Dhoom, and supersede all prior agreements that any User may have with MysticPlay Studios Private Limited.
Should any portion of these Terms and Conditions be deemed indefinite, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
26.5 Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or ban the use of Dhan Dhoom, either to specific Users or broadly, in line with Dhan Dhoom 's policy or policies at any given time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
26.6 Dhan Dhoom may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to permanently close or temporarily suspend any Dhan Dhoom Services (including any Contest(s)).

27.1 Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions are not deemed breached, nor are We responsible for any postponement or non-performance of Our duties under these Terms and Conditions, should such postponement or non-performance stem from events, situations, or causes that are outside of Our reasonable anticipation and control including (but not limited to) any governmental ruling, action, decree, law or regulation.

28.1 Any delay or failure on Our part to insist upon strict performance of any provision in these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of Our rights or remedies under these terms. Neither the partial nor complete exercise of a right or remedy will inhibit or limit the further exercise of that right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

29.1 In the event that a court or other authoritative body determines any section (or portion of a section) of these Terms and Conditions to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that specific section or portion thereof shall be considered severable from these terms and shall not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining sections.

30.1 The terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions are exclusively between You and Us. While We reserve the right to transfer or delegate Our responsibilities and obligations to another entity within Our corporate group or to an external party in scenarios such as a business acquisition, Your rights under these terms are non-transferable.

31.1 These Terms and Conditions, inclusive of all modifications over time, represent the comprehensive and total understanding between both parties in relation to the Game.

32.1 Should You encounter any issues or have a grievance related to (i) any User Content that You feel breaches these Terms (aside from claims of Intellectual Property Rights infringement, for which there is a separate reporting procedure), (ii) Your ability to access the Platform, or (iii) any User Content that appears to be obscene, defamatory towards the complainant or any person You represent, or seems to be impersonation in an electronic form, including but not limited to digitally altered images of such individuals, We encourage You to contact Us with Your concerns at: support@dhandhoom.com
32.2 Grievances must be submitted to Us within twelve (12) months of the date of the event or events to which the complaint relates, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
32.3 We will acknowledge Your grievance promptly and in any event within 5 working days by the same medium of communication through which You brought the matter to Our attention.
32.4 If having dealt with Our grievance team You are not satisfied, You can ask for the matter to be escalated to a manager to re-consider Your grievance. The manager will re-examine Your grievance and either uphold, modify, or overturn the initial finding of the grievance team, and provide a written explanation for the decision.
32.5 In all cases We will endeavour to resolve Your complaints (including any appeal) within 8 weeks from the point at which We have been supplied by You with all relevant information. We may however take longer if You delay in providing Us with all relevant information needed to investigate Your complaint.
32.6 When submitting Your complaint or grievance, it is important to include:
a) Your personal details: full name, address, phone number, and email;
b) Your connection to the issue at hand, whether You are the complainant or representing an affected individual;
c) The full name and age of the individual who is aggrieved or impacted by the issue, if You are representing someone else, along with a sworn statement that You have the authority to act on their behalf and to submit their personal information in the context of the complaint/grievance;
d) A detailed description of the complaint or grievance, specifically identifying the User Content in question;
e) An assertion that the information in the complaint or grievance is correct and truthful.
