• Core Ultimate League Clash gameplay is advised to users through onboarding after signing up (a note to the other games is made on the first screen). Similar is also in place on first access to the marketplace. This cannot be triggered again for a user, but most simply for any user querying how to play:
• Sign up/login and check out the first free pack of 17 cards.
• Create lineups each matchday before the deadline ahead of the tournament games.
• The created lineup will score points to give the user a daily leaderboard position.
• Acquire cards and coins in the marketplace, as well as selling cards.
• Login frequently, play Pick'n'Play, Mind Maze, Overs/Unders and Challenges to earn more coins.

We recommend deleting your app, reinstalling from the app store and logging back in. You might not be on the latest update, or the contents of your app may have cached. This should clear any issues. If your problem persists, drop us a reply with your game username (in profile), the details of your issue, and we’ll have it looked at by the technical team before getting back to you.
THE COINS I PURCHASED ARE NOT IN MY ACCOUNT?
Please send us a screenshot of your app store receipt? We’ll get that checked out and the coins added to your account immediately with a few extra for the inconvenience.

Please provide your username, and the username of the user you referred/who referred you? We will then get this looked at and credit the coins if there was an error.
MY CARD'S POINTS DO NOT LOOK CORRECT?
All scoring happens automatically by an official data feed. Scores are not retrospectively altered but we will look into this team/player points and ensure it is correct for all future contests.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CARDS/COINS AT THE END OF EACH TOURNAMENT?
All in-game assets reset for every user at the end of each season before another competition begins. No cards or coins are carried over to future competitions, meaning every user has a fair chance at the beginning of each tournament.
WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
A) (if RAF abuse) Your account has been closed due to referral abuse. It is strictly against the Terms & Conditions, accepted upon entry to the game, for a user to open multiple accounts and after investigation it has been found that you did so in order to gain cards/coins. For further details, please see: (add T&Cs link).
B) (if multi-accounting) Your account has been closed due to multi-account play.
WHY HAS MY LEADERBOARD COIN PRIZE NOT BEEN PAID OUT?
Coin prizes for leaderboard position are paid out shortly after the final game of a matchday has concluded. The opening of the next matchday will signal when the current matchday has concluded and prizes paid to all users. If for any reason a matchday is open for an extended period of time, we will inform users via our social media channels.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH ABANDONED MATCHES?
In the event of match abandonment: (1) If it is the only match scheduled for a matchday, the contest will be void and no prizes will be awarded; (2) If it is one of multiple matches on a matchday, points earned prior to abandonment will be counted in accordance with official match statistics. The company reserves the right to modify these rules in exceptional circumstances, with notice to affected users.

The closest answer to the actual answer will win the prize. You cannot see other user’s tiebreak answers but please rest assured that the final positions are calculated correctly. If you wish to dispute a particular tiebreaker, please let us know which and we will provide full information.
