DHAN DHOOM
Welcome to Dhan Dhoom ("Dhan Dhoom", “Our” or “Us”) the pinnacle brand of MysticPlay Studios Private Limited ("MysticPlay"). Our mission is to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment for self-expression, empowering individuals to share their voices within Our vibrant social communities on the Dhan Dhoom website and mobile application (“Dhan Dhoom Platform”). Within these communities, members have the ability to post, comment, discuss, learn, debate, support, and engage with like-minded individuals who share their passions. These guidelines, (“Community Standards”) serve as a roadmap, outlining both permissible and prohibited activities on the Dhan Dhoom Platform. These Community Standards are applicable to any Content uploaded, hosted, transmitted, or otherwise made available or communicated on Our platform (“Content”). By engaging with Dhan Dhoom, users implicitly agree to abide by these Community Standards, which may be subject to periodic updates. Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to notify users of any changes to these standards, either via email to the user's registered address or through notifications posted on the Dhan Dhoom Platform.

By interacting with Our platform, you agree to adhere to these standards, along with Our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other policy that is shared in Dhan Dhoom Platforms from time to time. We stand by Our commitment to these Community Standards and expect the same from you. Violating these guidelines may result in Content removal, account suspension, or other restrictions, including prohibition from accessing the Dhan Dhoom Platform altogether. In cases where we believe there's a real risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety, we may also alert the relevant authorities. Any measures taken by Dhan Dhoom in response to breaches of these Community Standards are at the sole discretion of Dhan Dhoom.

Upon joining Our community, you agree to adhere to the rules outlined below. While we've strived to create comprehensive Community Standards, please note that this document may not cover every possible policy violation. All reported Content will be carefully reviewed based on the criteria outlined in Our Community Standards. We encourage you to report any Content that you believe violates these standards directly to Dhan Dhoom at support@dhandhoom.com.

FORBIDDEN CONTENT
1. STAY TRUE

At Dhan Dhoom, we're all about fair play. While you're not required to use your real name, please note that your name, profile picture, and team name must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Symbols, numbers (including mobile numbers), unusual capitalization, repeating characters, or excessive punctuation are not permitted;

• Substituting words or phrases for a name;

• Words that are offensive or suggestive in nature are not permitted; or


With that being stated, users are required to:

• Provide Us with precise and current account-related information;

• Refrain from impersonating others by using their images;

• Avoid creating accounts with the intention of misleading others;

• Refrain from using another individual or organization's name or details in a deceptive manner;

• Avoid posting images, videos, clips, GIFs, and similar Content that could mislead the public about its origin if

I. the entity or an authorized representative objects to the Content, and/or

II. there is a potential risk of harm to any member;

• Refrain from creating accounts for minors;

• Refrain from creating more than one account;

• Refrain from sharing an account with someone else;

• Refrain creating a new account after being banned from the Dhan Dhoom Platform;

• Do not create an account claiming to be or representing another person or entity;

• Refrain from using another individual's name, username, image, brand, logo, or any other personal information; and

• Refrain from creating a user account under someone else's name and image, and later pretending that person is posting Content or comments.

2. ACTS OF VIOLENCE AND CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

Hate speech, harassment, and spreading misinformation that could incite violence are big no-nos. Our platform firmly opposes hate speech, bullying, defamation, harassment, and the spreading of misinformation that may lead to violence or physical harm.

Therefore, you may not post any of the following:

• Statements or approvals of violence or intentions to engage in violent actions;

• Material that praises, provokes, or encourages violence or physical harm towards individuals, groups, or animals ;

• Threats posing a risk of significant harm to private individuals, public figures, individuals or groups at heightened risk;

• Material that praises or endorses criminal or terrorist organizations, individuals, or their actions;

• Material that expresses approval or support for hate crimes, organized violence, mass shootings, human trafficking groups, and comparable entities;

• Dissemination of misinformation and unverified rumors that could potentially lead to immediate violence or physical or mental harm;

• Material that promotes engagement in hazardous viral challenges;

• Material that advocates for vandalism, property damage, theft, and related behaviors;

• Material endorsing or facilitating bribery, embezzlement, money laundering, fraudulent schemes, or any form of fraudulent activity;

• Material promoting the sale of teams or encouraging others to participate in questionable financial transactions;

• Material that assists, arranges, or advocates for the exploitation of individuals, including human trafficking or sexual exploitation;

• Material that encourages suicide, self-harm, or self-mutilation, including explicit imagery and real-time depictions of such acts;

• Material that advocates for drug use, or promotes the production, distribution, or consumption of drugs or other illicit substances;

• Material that encourages or promotes any behavior and/or affiliation to any and all political and/or religious membership

• Material that poses a threat to the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, as well as to friendly relations with foreign nations or public order on the Dhan Dhoom platform.

3. SPAM

Spamming disrupts the Dhan Dhoom community and isn't cool.

Here is a list of violations:

• Posting excessively or creating multiple accounts too often.

• Tricking users into visiting other sites or sharing harmful links.

• Encouraging financial actions for unfair benefits.

• Using bots to promote Content.

• Commercially contacting users without their consent.

• Repeating comments or posting generic phrases like "follow me" without context.

• Promoting other sports platforms or competitor names.

• Misleading users about your affiliations.

• Let's keep it authentic and spam-free.

4. NO HARASSMENT

At Dhan Dhoom, we're all about creating a supportive and respectful environment.
Here is what to avoid:

• Persistently contacting someone in a way that's unwelcome or offensive.

• Targeting individuals based on their experiences of assault or violence.

• Threatening to share private contact details.

• Using abusive language or insults.

• Creating forums to attack individuals.

• Promoting self-harm or suicide.

• Sharing Content that makes light of serious issues like violence or illness.

• Calling for harm against individuals or groups.

• Using derogatory language.

• Spreading Content that denies violent events.

• Defaming specific individuals or groups of people.

5. NO HATE SPEECH

We take a firm stance against hate speech at Dhan Dhoom.
Refrain from sharing Content that contains:

• Threats, violent language, or expressions of superiority aimed at individuals or groups.

• Mocking or demeaning victims of hate crimes.

• Negative stereotypes or derogatory slurs.

• Advocating for segregation or isolation based on identity.

• Disdainful or derogatory statements about specific individuals.

Let's keep Our community inclusive and respectful.

6. RESPECT COPYRIGHTS

We require the sharing of original Content and explicitly forbid the sharing of materials that violate the intellectual property rights of others. Copying other users' profiles or any part thereof is prohibited.

Please avoid:

• Sharing a team created by another user and falsely representing it as your own;

• Presenting someone else's personalized image, containing data from another Dhan Dhoom user, as if it were your own personal information;

• Sharing a screenshot from Dhan Dhoom taken by another user and falsely claiming it as your own.

7. KEEPING DHAN DHOOM SECURE

We take the security of the Dhan Dhoom Platform very seriously. Here's what not to do:

• Don't attempt to hack or encourage others to do so.

• Avoid accessing someone else's account without permission.

• Keep personal information private.

• Don't share files or programs that could harm security.

• Don't distribute viruses or other destructive materials.

• Avoid tricking others into revealing sensitive information.

• Keep login details private.

• Don't promote hacking or activities that endanger security.

• Don't create or distribute harmful software.

8. RESPECTFUL CONTENT GUIDELINES

Dhan Dhoom strictly forbids predatory actions directed at minors and the sharing of sexual or suggestive Content involving minors or individuals appearing to be minors.

Please refrain from posting any materials that:

• Depicts or promoting sexual violence, exploitation, or abuse of minors.

• Contains any form of sexual Content involving minors or individuals appearing to be minors.

• Contains non-consensual intimate images or covertly captured sexually explicit Content.

• Discussions of adult commercial sexual activities or prostitution.

• Contains nudity or pornography, regardless of consent.

• Uses sexually explicit or derogatory language.

Let's keep Our platform safe and respectful for everyone.

9. REPORTING GUIDELINES

Your contribution to Our community's safety is invaluable. If you come across any Content that you believe breaches Our Community Standards, please report it using the Report feature in Our app. Additionally, you can reach out to Us at support@dhandhoom.com to provide details about offensive Content. Please include as much information as possible, such as links, user IDs, and a brief description of the Content.

Each report is reviewed by the Dhan Dhoom team. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may issue warnings, remove Content, or restrict users. In cases where multiple complaints are received against a user, temporary restrictions may be imposed for up to fourteen (14) days.

It's important to note that Dhan Dhoom reserves the right to take action against users found in violation of Our Community Standards, including restricting commenting, posting, or messaging privileges. Users seeking reinstatement can submit a request to support@dhandhoom.com, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. COMMUNITY MODERATION

In addition to Our user-reporting system, Group Admins on the Dhan Dhoom Platform have the authority to remove members who violate Our Community Standards or share prohibited Content. Group Admins can also limit messaging abilities to themselves only by enabling the "Only Group Admins can send Messages" setting. Dhan Dhoom may report harmful conduct to relevant legal bodies, support services, and specialized agencies, and may restrict access to the platform as necessary. For more information, please refer to the Dhan Dhoom Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policy that may be available from time to time on the Dhan Dhoom Platform, or reach out to Us at support@dhandhoom.com.
