requires specific permissions from statutory authorities,
government bodies, or the board of directors, and such
permissions are not obtained or are denied, the Service,
event, or contest will be considered cancelled or terminated.
In the case of suspension or closure of any Service, event, or
contest, User(s), including participants, will not have the
right to make any demands or claims of any kind.
